Bo Shao is a co-founder and Chairman of CrossLayer Capital.  He is also the co-founder and Chairman of the Evolve Foundation.  Previously Bo was a founding managing partner of Matrix Partners China, a leading venture capital firm with over $8 billion dollars under management and over 700 investments.  Bo is also a serial entrepreneur and co-founded EachNet, BabyTree, NovaMed, Nuance Biotech, and Parent Lab. Bo was early investor in Bitcoin and Ethereum and an active investor in crypto broadly.  He holds a BA and MBA from Harvard.

Drew Myers is a co-founder and Managing Partner of CrossLayer Capital.  Drew was previously a Managing Director at Makena Capital where he spent 12 years on Makena’s Private Equity team focused on Venture Capital.   Drew developed the firm’s thesis for crypto and blockchain and led the firm’s investments in the space over three years.  Drew has a BA from Eugene Lang College and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Wally Hansen is a Partner at CrossLayer Capital. Wally previously led growth and business development at Dinara, a VC-backed crypto fintech company that provided crypto banking services for startups and investment firms. Prior to Dinara, Wally was an investor at SVB Capital, investing in both early stage startups and venture capital firms, and where he led the firm's efforts in crypto. Prior to SVB Capital, he was with the University of Washington Investment Management Company (UWINCO) investment team in Seattle, primarily focused on private equity and venture capital. He graduated with a BA in Finance at the University of Washington.

Thomas Rogers is a Principal at CrossLayer Capital. Thomas previously spent 2.5 years at Makena Capital working on the Private Equity and Risk Management teams. Thomas worked closely with Drew on all blockchain investments at Makena. Thomas has a BS and MS from Stanford University.
